This past Easter weekend, the boys played a hard fought battle with our rival Huskies Red Team. Going into Game #2 on Saturday, ahead 1 game to 0, the boys could not fend off the Red team who had to win. A very exciting back and forth game which we lost in the final minutes of play set UP a Easter Sunday Dinner Game Battle. Played right at 6:00pm on Easter Sunday in front of a packed house, the thriller game went right UP to the final minute of play once again, this time in our favour. This past weekend the Major Bantam Huskies MD White attended the 47th Annual Aurora Bantam Tournament. The boys played a variety of AE teams from all over Ontario and allowed only a single goal against in the tourney. Once again it was the excellent team play and TEAM GOALS that made us successful. 10 different players scored this weekend and ALL players had at least 1 Assist! Great Tourney boys, now onto the final round robin games and Tier 1 Playoffs! Coach T

The Major Bantam Huskies White MD team finished off the weekend in Stoney Creek with a WIN over their rivals the Cambridge Hawks. As we knew going into the championship game, this team allows very few goals! We were able to get 1 early and hold onto the lead! Way to go boys, keep up the great success so far this season. The Bantam Huskies White MD embarked on their first tournament of the year in Bradford with new players, goalies and coaches for this season. They played hard and kept the TEAM aspect throughout every game. The final was an exciting fast paced game that saw excellent goal tending, perfect penalty killing and nail biting action. After a gruelling 3 periods, and triple overtime, it was finally over with the a beautiful tic-tac-goal in our favour to victory! This is something the boys had been working on in practice and the games thus far! Way to go boys! Now onto the regular season! Coach T
