Major Peewee White gets in the Spirit of the Season with Toy Donation to McMaster Children's Hospital
Submitted By nschleehahn on Sunday, December 20, 2015
On Saturday, December 19, 2015, Major Peewee White made a donation of more than $1,000 in new unwrapped toys to McMaster Children's Hospital. This is twice the amount that was donated by the team last year. For the last two seasons, the players have made the choice to forego any Christmas present from the team and instead use the money to go toy shopping for the kids at McMaster Children's Hospital. Couple this with a generous donation by team sponsor Procor and other parents and coaches, the team was able secure over 40 presents that were valued at $25 each. Thank you to all the boys on the team for your unselfishness and your commitment to the community!
