Huskies' Thanksgiving
October 11-14 - Tim Hortons International Tournament (Hamilton)
Although their tournament did not extend beyond the 4-game round robin schedule, Hamilton demonstrated some tenacity this weekend, and while falling short of the ability to capture enough wins to advance, some more obscure players emerged on the game sheets, perhaps an indication of the hopes and contributions that lie ahead as their GF average per game is on the rise. As the Huskies' competition ended today, the Thanksgiving weekend is nonetheless a reminder of the more important things we share in our families and friends, with respect and appreciation for one another, and in the opportunity to play the game we love with our beloved teammates.
