Glancaster Rangers vs Niagara Riverhawks - team building event

Hello Danny,
The Glanbrook Rangers Junior C team is excited to invite your U12AA Hamilton Huskies
players, coaching staff, and families to be part of one of our upcoming home games. Our goal
this season is to involve minor hockey teams in different ways with our Junior C program, and
we’re thrilled to have your team join us.
We’ve scheduled your group for Wednesday, November 12 at 7:30 pm versus the Niagara
RiverHawks. Please review the itinerary below and share it with your team and staff so we can
keep everything running smoothly.
Itinerary & Instructions
Arrival & Registration
- Players arrive at 6:40 pm and sign in at the main entrance (team roster will be there).
- Parents/guardians pay regular admission of $10.00.
- Each player will receive an autograph roster sheet with two tickets:
o Yellow ticket – in-game draw.
o Blue ticket – entered into an end-of-season draw for a pizza party with the
Junior C team.
Player Equipment
- Helmet, gloves, skates, jersey — and enthusiasm! (Full equipment is not required.)
Pre-Game Activities
- After registration, players head to warm viewing area and get ready to go on the ice.
- Watch Junior C warm-up from the warm viewing area (around 7:10 pm).
- Fist pump Junior C players as they leave the ice.
- Help gather pucks after warm-up (before the Zamboni).
Opening Ceremonies
- 3 chosen players will carry flags/banners.
- Team takes one lap around the rink and then lines up at the home-ice entrance to
welcome the Junior C’s onto the ice.
- Join the starting lineup for O Canada at the blue line.
- After O Canada, take one more lap before exiting the ice.
During the Game
- Head up to the stands and cheer on the Rangers!
- Don’t miss Chuck-a-Puck at the 2nd intermission — $2.00 per puck or 3 pucks for
$5.00.
Post-Game
- With one minute left in the 3rd period, meet at the barricade to fist pump the players as
they leave the ice.
- After the game, your team will be invited into the Rangers’ dressing room for a short visit
(approx. 10 minutes).
o Important: Players must not step on the team logo carpet — trust us, the Juniors
take this seriously!
