This past weekend, our U12AA Hamilton Huskies traded in their hockey jerseys for black and gold as they headed to Hamilton Stadium to cheer on the Tiger-Cats!
The team enjoyed an exciting night of football as the Ticats faced off against the Edmonton Elks. From the moment we walked into the stadium, the kids were buzzing with energy soaking up the atmosphere, and taking in the big game under the lights.
For many of our players, it was their first time experiencing a CFL game in person, and it didn’t disappoint. Between the exciting game, the Oskee Wee Wee chants and the plenty of concession stand treats, there were smiles all around. The players and their families had a blast spending time together outside the rink!
Events like these are a great reminder that being part of the Hamilton Huskies is about more than just hockey—it’s about building lasting memories, both on and off the ice.
A big thank you to the Ticats organization who helped us put this outing together, and for putting on such a great show. Go Ticats, and Go Huskies!
