The
Hamilton Huskies recently had the privilege of participating in an invigorating
preseason dryland training session led by none other than former OHL star Brandon Saigeon. Brandon, a former Hamilton Bulldog champion and current
player with the Indy Fuel in the ECHL, brought a wealth of experience
and enthusiasm to the session.
As a standout player in the Ontario Hockey League and a key contributor to the Bulldogs' championship win, Brandon's insights and guidance were invaluable for our young athletes. The training focused on enhancing physical conditioning, developing agility, and refining mental toughness—all essential components for a successful hockey season.
The session was not only a chance for the players to learn from a seasoned professional but also an opportunity to see firsthand the dedication and hard work required to excel in the sport. Brandon's presence was a tremendous boost for the Huskies, inspiring them to push their limits and strive for excellence.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to Brandon Saigeon for sharing his time and expertise with our team. His commitment to the development of young hockey players is truly commendable, and we are excited to apply the skills and techniques he taught us as we head into the new season.
Go Huskies!
