Major industries served include: petroleum, renewable fuels, LPG, petrochemicals, plastics, chemicals, fertilizers and food. Customer rail car fleet sizes range from single cars to fleets in the thousands. Procor operates a repair network extending from Vancouver, BC to Montreal, QC, and into the U.S. through our affiliation with Union Tank Car Company. This network includes four major service centres and seventeen customer on-site repair locations in Canada. ×

Mission 35 Mortgages

Brian Hogben was inspired to begin Mission35 Mortgages after accomplishing his mission of paying off his mortgage by the age of 35. This became a goal for Brian when as a kid, he reaped the benefits that paying off his mortgage had provided for his dad. Not having to worry about that expense afforded his dad the freedom to spend more time with Brian and his brother, Craig. Despite a modest income, he wasn’t having to work overtime to make ends meet or spend his time worrying about the next month’s mortgage payment. This allowed him to retire his wife from a job she hated and cheer on his boys from the stands at their hockey games.
