11 MD Minor Peewee White, BB - B, 2018-2019, BB/B (Hamilton Huskies)

Gold, Gold, Gold!  Congratulations are in tall order to the Huskies 11 MD Minor Peewee White on a fantastic Alliance Tier 1 2018 - 19 Championship series and an unbelievable season.

Last week our boys brought home the cup again for a second year in a row!  Beating out Kitchener Red to win the Tier 1 Championship.  Way to go boys!!  Let's go get 'em in London this weekend!

Our Minor Peewee MD White boys spent the morning at The Good Shepherd this week.  They had a great time and did an excellent job helping out by packing groceries for people.  The staff were very grateful that they were there to help out on a busy Friday morning.  Our coaching staff also helped out by stocking shelves and guiding customers.  Not only did our boys volunteer their time during their March break but they donated $2200.00 as well that we raised at our last fundraiser.  We couldn't be any prouder of these boys both on and off the ice this year!

Our Minor Peewee White captured their second tournament championship in as many weekends.  First, they went undefeated in the Guelph Powerplay tournament over the weekend of November 16th and then emerged victorious again a week later at the Canadian Tire Classic tournament in Barrie.  The boys tied twice (Orillia Terriers 1-1, Whitby Wildcats 3-3) and won twice (Quinte West Hawks 4-0, Barrie Colts 5-2) in the preliminary round.  They never looked back in the playoffs beating the Bellville Bulls 3-1 in the semis then the Whitby Wildcats 3-0 in the Championship.   Great effort boys!!

This weekend, our Hamilton Huskies Minor Peewee White proved that they're a force to be reckoned with!  Beating out Burlington Cougars 6-0, Burlington Cougars 4-0, North Durham 5-0, Stouffville 3-0, Stouffville 3-2.  Then going to the finals against Kitchener Blue and winning it all with another shutout 2-0!  They went undefeated all weekend and scored 23 goals with only 2 goals against!  Way to go boys!!!
