Huskies Making Progress
With a busy opening weekend at Chedoke’s home venue, the Huskies brought spirit to the rink by generously donating to the local community as the organization undertook their traditional food drive, this year benefitting Neighbour 2 Neighbour.
Though unfortunately pointless after two games, the team adopted a different strategy against their second opponent, almost tying the game in the remaining minutes. By focusing on more collaborative efforts with well thought-out plays, the Huskies revealed promising progress as a team and developed confidence heading into next weekend’s schedule, which includes a reciprocating game vs. the Rangers in the very arena where their OHL representatives compete.
