Community Room Confirmation & Payment
Confirmation Date above, will be entered as soon as the Scheduler receives the booking confirmation from the City's Central Booking. THIS MAY TAKE 1 TO 2 WEEKS DUE TO CHANGES MADE BY THE CITY IN THEIR ICE AND ROOM BOOKING POLICIES.
If the final cost of the rental is provided in the City's email to the Scheduler it will also be entered into the original request form.
Entering this date will generate a Form Re-Submission Email of your Room Booking Request Form thus confirming your date, time and location.
Immediately upon receipt of the Form Re-Submission Email confirming your room booking, the team must submit the total fee to Kathleen Sharkey via Etransfer.
