Hamilton Game Officials Make Generous Contribution
During the regular season 20 referees / timekeepers have been donating their game fees from minor atom AAA games to a fund for Matthew Czyzewski and his family. "We thought about donating it in his name to some organization but have since decided to donate it right to the family for expenses such as parking, gas and other expenses that came from his needing to travel to hospitals and doctors appointments." Yesterday Tom Picone and Shawn Campbell presented a cheque for $500.00 on behalf of these officials to the minor Atom AAA coaching staff following their last regular season game.
