Minor Peewee AAA take the ALS Challenge

The Huskies never had cold feet, but certainly felt a chill – of the good kind – as they took on the ALS challenge after a solid practice this evening. The team, led by Coach Jim Ecker and his staff, as well as team families instantly raised $150 to be donated to the deserving cause. It was not difficult to recruit volunteer parents to deliver the chill, nor to delegate Nicholas and Zach L. to deliver their speech, but “…it’s not about the attention, it’s about the support!” So the ’03 AAA Huskies now challenge each and every Hamilton Huskies Minor Hockey Club team to deliver the same result! Thank you to everyone for their support and contributions, and particularly to the Bratton family for initiating this challenge!
