Hockey Canada has released Bulletin No.: A1421 Subject: Additional Information - Reebok–TCPRE Model Goaltender Neck/Throat Protectors. This recall involves Reebok TCPRE Senior (SR) and Junior (JR) goalie throat and clavicle protectors.

The recalled units were sold from April 2012 to May 2014 in Canada and the United States.
