This year Hockey Helps the Homeless is excited to be hosting its first ever charity hockey tournament in Hamilton. Since inception,
HHTH has granted over $28 million nationally to our partner agencies. All net proceeds from the
Hamilton/Burlington event will support YMCA of Hamilton Burlington Brantford's Men's Residence in Hamilton, and Youth in Transition program in Burlington and Brantford.
The Hamilton Huskies are encouraging our Huskies Family to support this inaugural event here in the "Hammer" if at all possible.
Support could come in many ways. It could be a basic cash donation or sponsoring a player in the event. It could possibly evolve into registering a team or registering as a player. If you have the time you could choose to register as a volunteer and help at the event.

HAMILTON BURLINGTON BRANTFORD
Funds raised in the 2025 Hockey Helps the Homeless
tournament, will support two YMCA programs that actively combat homelessness
for men and youtsh.Located at the Hamilton Downtown Family YMCA, the Men's
Residence provides clean, safe and affordable transitional housing for more
than 175 men in Hamilton's urban core. The YMCA Men’s Residence supports men at
risk, many facing both health and social challenges. In Hamilton, Burlington
& Brantford, our Youth in Transition program supports youth (16-24) as they
make the transition to adulthood. The Y provides one-to-one support and
connects youth with educational, employment, housing, life skills, mental
health, and other services in their communities.
