SportsHeadz Health Check Now LIVE!
Submitted By Web Admin on Tuesday, October 6, 2020
The Hamilton Huskies Web Site provider has implemented a digital Health Check screening app within our organization site.

Coaching staff members have been introduced to this and it will make their routine at the rink a little easier and eliminate the paper trail.

Parents will receive an email from the website this evening with a link to initiate their access to the app.

Introducing SportsHeadz Health Check! We are pleased to announce that health screenings can now be enabled from your website and have included links below to help get you started with the process.

We have worked diligently with the governing bodies around Ontario to make sure that all questions and safety regulations were put in place. Not only to make recreational sports safe, but also to keep your data secure. The schedule of events within the Health Check system are synced to your website to ensure that screenings can be completed before every game, practice, or team event posted in your association website.

Guardians / Parents (or players who are old enough) will receive their own SportsHeadz login so they can quickly complete screenings for the players they are managing.  Guardians / Parents could complete the screening however as the City of Hamilton is responsible for the entry of spectators as per Public Health Guardians / Parents will continue to be required to sign in upon entry.

Team Admins can also complete screenings on behalf of anyone on the roster if necessary however this will work best if this is completed by the Guardian / Parent. Team Admins can view the results of all screenings on their team for each event prior to going into the facility.
Guardians / Parents can find a link to the screening on their Team's Website using a PC or on Mobile. Please use the above link 'Instructions for Parents' for more detailed information.

We’re also extremely excited to announce that coming very soon will be the SportsHeadz App! This App, which will be available through the Google Play and App Store, will allow your team to track attendance, organize their schedule, and provide quick links to the Health Check system all from their smartphone.
