NHL Signings - Peter Leblanc & Spencer Abbott
Two former Hamilton Huskies (Reps) players have signed NHL contracts. Spencer Abbott played NCAA Div I hockey at Maine and signed as a free agent recently with the Toronto Maple Leafs. Spencer is currently playing with the AHL Toronto Marlies. Peter Leblanc played NCAA Div I hockey at New Hampshire. Peter then played two years with the AHL Rockford Icehogs after being drafted by the Chicago Blackhawks. Chicago announced today that they are signing Peter to an NHL contract for next season. Best of luck to both as they continue to achieve great success.
