ALLIANCE Volunteer of the Year Award comes to Hamilton
Volunteering is offering time, energy and skills of one's own free will thus making volunteers the lifeblood of any organization.
Nothing could be more true when referring to Hamilton Reps Secretary Gail Stevenson as Gail was honored with the ALLIANCE Volunteer of the Year Award at the ALLIANCE AGM this past weekend in Grand Bend.
Gail has been an essential part of the day to day and year to year operations of the Hamilton Reps for countless years. There is never a job too big or too small for Gail and Gail is always willing to do more than she has to simply because she wants to.
As Secretary she handles all correspondence, schedules all meetings, keeps all meeting minutes, organizes tryouts, organizes registration day, gets out and supports our teams etc. etc. etc.. As well she is the Tim Hortons Tournament Registrar, organizes all meetings for the tournament and Convenes Chedoke Twin Pad during the tournament weekend.
In her duties Gail must interact with many and her gentle personality and fair and respectful approach make for a positive experience for all.
Congratulations Gail, undeniably earned, indisputably deserved.
