Junior Permission to Skate Letter

This letter states as a blanket approval for ALL ALLIANCE Hockey Minor aged players wishing to attend a Junior Hockey Tryout Camp.

This Letter has been approved by the OHA and is in line with the processes of the other Member Partners. This letter is for the players to read, sign and take with them to the Junior Camps.

ALLIANCE Hockey Members who are not in good standing (outstanding fees, missing equipment, or other noted reason) with their Home Associations will not be permitted to participate in tryouts or league play.

IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU READ AND UNDERSTAND THE INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS LETTER BEFORE IT IS SIGNED AND PRESENTED TO A JUNIOR TEAM.
