BB REGISTRATION & FITTING DAY INFORMATION
REGISTRATION & JERSEY/CLOTHING SIZING FOR 2024-2025 SEASON
Registration and Jersey/Clothing Sizing for those players selected to the U10-U16 Huskies’ BB/B teams for the 2024-2025 season will be on Tuesday, May 7, 2024, in the Chedoke Room, at Chedoke Twin Pad Arena, times as above.
Teams, please hand in your team documents:
· Intent to Play Form, duly signed by parents & players
· Registration Form for each player, duly signed by a parent (will be provided and collected at the Registration Desk)
· Parent’s Fair Play Code, duly signed by both parents of each player
· Team Official’s Code of Conduct, one form each to be signed by each member of the coaching staff
· 2024-25 BB/B Registration Fee - $1800.00 per player. A deposit of $900.00 is required to register. Payment may be made by cash, cheque or e-transfer ([email protected]).
· The balance of the registration will be due September 1st ($1000.00) payable to the team. This 2nd payment must be made to the team and transfered to the league in one payment.
Please note that the players should have the following:
(1) their shoulder pads and shin pads to ensure a proper fit
(2) jersey numbers—please ensure numbers are assigned and approved by the coach prior to registration
PLEASE NOTE!
(1) All players registering for the first time with the Hamilton Huskies must attach a copy of the player’s Birth Certificate to “Hockey Canada Registry My Account”. Paper copies will not be accepted on Registration Day.
(2) At least one parent/guardian of each player who participates in a League registered in the ALLIANCE will be required to complete the online Respect in Sport Parent Education Program as a condition of their child’s participation if it has not been completed previously.
(3) Login to the HCR (Hockey Canada Registry) http://register.hockeycanada.ca/ and update your contact info, access all required fields and sign the waivers, add birth certificates, etc.
