Stratford Arena's Covid Protocols - Silver Stick Tournament
STRATFORD ARENA FACILITIES RETURN TO PLAYRE-OPENING GUIDELINES & PROTOCOLS August 2021

Note:  Dressing Rooms will be available 30 min before the start of the game and must vacate th dressing room and facilities within 15 min after the end of the game to allow staff to clean and disinfect the dressing rooms after each use.

Tavistock Arena
The Tavistock and District Recreation Centre will be strictly following this protocol. Therefore, there will be a number of changes taking effect on September 22nd. If you are an ice time renter or attending any activity at the Tavistock and District Recreation Centre, you should be aware of the following and fully prepared to comply:
1. An attendant at the arena entrance will be screening everyone for double vaccination upon entry. Please arrive no earlier than 40 mins prior to your game time. You will not be permitted into the facility without showing proof of vaccination. Masks must be worn at all times with the exception of while playing.
2. Absolutely all entry and exit must be done through the front doors of the Facility Lobby.
3. Illegal entry through falsification of documents or disregard for protocol will be subject to ejection from the facility.

St Mary Facility
Effective Wednesday, September 22, 2021, patrons 18 years of age and older wishing to access the Pyramid Recreation Centre, Aquatics Centre and Friendship Centre for programs and recreational services will need to show proof of being fully vaccinated (two doses plus 14 days) along with photo ID upon entry. Effective October 31, all patrons 12 years of age or older will be required to show proof of vaccination prior to entry, subject to Provincial exemptions. Individuals who cannot receive the vaccine due to medical exemptions will be permitted entry with a doctor’s note and a negative COVID-19 test that is no older than 48-hours old until recognized medical exemptions can be integrated as part of a digital vaccine certificate. Masks must be worn at all times with the exception of while playing. Anyone wishing to access the PRC for ice or pool programs must use Entrance B. Those needing to access the Friendship Centre must continue to use Entrance C.
