East/Central Alliance Champions
Way to go Huskies Minor Atom Red MD!! Congratulations
on winning the East/Central Minor Atom MD Alliance Championship. This team
never looked back after clinching first place in the playoffs and finishing on
top of the play downs. But those wins
did not come easy.
They battled hard on the ice against a resilient, hardworking Kitchener Blue MD team but in the end the boys succeeded in taking the series in two games with a 6-0 and a 5-2 victory. These Huskies are a TEAM in every sense of the word. These boys proved that you cannot be a winning team unless you learn to play together; forwards, defense and our terrific goalies were all class acts. None of this would have been possible without the mastermind Coach Mike at the helm and his talented coaching staff. Thanks to our amazing parents and fans that helped cheer our team on to victory, without your support and dedication this could not have been achieved. Bring on the Alliance Championships!!!!
