Minor Bantam AA Huskies win Toronto Aeros Tournament
The Minor Bantam AA Huskies went undefeated to win the Toronto
Aeros Tournament on January 17. With five wins and a tie under their belt they
headed into a hard fought battle against St. Lawrence Steel for the championship.
The boys played their hearts out – offense, defense and goaltending was all
stellar. Grit and determination paid off when the Huskies pulled ahead by a
score of 1-0 with hard shot from the point with 47 seconds left in the third
period! That goal was the game winner. Congratulations on a well-deserved win!
