Are you ready for the 8 Mile or Detroit Rock City?
We hope to have an itinerary for the trip to the "borderline of the Detroit City limits" to all of you around November 17th. The Tier 2 Nations Cup is shaping up to be a unique game experience for that weekend. Playing in pods of Canadian Teams against American teams the winner is determined by the points accumulated by the country.
Our bus excursion and details will be made next Monday as well. We will be having 2 pick up spots on the east and West side. Please ensure that all documentations for crossing the border is readily available to assist with ease at the point of entry into the United States of America. Since we are going to arrive on Thursday night, I ask that you re-visit your arrival plans with the Hotel. I no longer have access to the list so if you signed up for a Friday arrival you will have complications at the hotel. The Hotel is the Baymont Inn and Suites in Warren, Michigan and the telephone number 1-586-977-7270 for direct changes. In preparing a room for the Bus driver our contact mentioned that "most of your party is arriving Thursday" I am hoping to get a clarification for specifics and will reach out to you.
Upon arrival we will be getting our Team Canada uniforms shirts and socks. As a precaution measure, please bring our Red shirt and socks as an emergency.
