Congratulations on a great tournament start in Orangeville! The boys turned up their game and worked hard in 1st time encounters with Rival OMHA teams and a local Alliance rival in the Orangeville Early Bird tournament.
After concluding the round robin 3-0-1, We had an early encounter with our rival the Burlington Bulldogs on Sunday morning. With Early travel, the boys came out flying and took the game to the Bulldogs with an eventual hard fought 4-1 Win!
The championship game was with another local rival, The Flamborough Sabres and it did not disappoint! Evenly matched through 2 periods the game was busted wide open with the game winner and insurance a minute apart! All facets of the game- strong goaltending, smothering D and High flying and banging offence were there in every game and it was evident that a strong team is only as strong as it's weakest link!
