9AAA High Performance Physical Literacy Training, News, AAA (Hamilton Huskies)

The 9AAA Hamilton Huskies have been busy on Monday nights training @ Steel City Ball Hockey facility.  The boys are taking part in a variety of physical literacy activities each week with focus on agility, balance and coordination.  The team is also training with euro balls and learning the importance of a dynamic warm up and proper cool down.
