9AAA Hamilton Huskies Individual Skills Development Sessions
The 9AAA team has been busy training this season during our designated individual skills development sessions in which all fundamental hockey skills are being taught and practiced. These skills are being taught using a variety of on ice equipment which includes rebounders, telescopic poles, reaction trainers, deviators, parachutes, radar gun and obstacle course training. Our team will continue to focus on skill development to improve each player’s on ice confidence and long term player development. The coaching staff is very proud of our boys’ efforts in their desire to improve as individual athletes and effective team players.
