2015-16 Major Midget AAA Tryouts Posted - UPDATED
Tryout dates and times have been posted for the Hamilton Huskies Major Midget AAA team for the 2015-16 season. This is for players born in 1998 and 1999.
Cost of tryouts will be
$20 per skate. No flat fee. This is for the 3 Home dates only... there will not be a cost assiciated with any away exhibition games.

Players are required to complete the On Line Pre-Registration form.
It is reccomended that all players review the ALLIANCE Midget Web Page and the OHF Major Midget AAA Freedom of Movement Pilot document to be clear on the regulations that cover movement of Major Midget AAA players.
PLAYER MOVEMENT
1. Players are eligible to tryout and participate for any Major Midget AAA team in the Member Partner to which their residential AAA Centre/Zone/Club belongs.
2. In order to play for a Major Midget AAA team outside of the player’s residential Member Partner the player requires a release from :
a. their residential home AAA Centre/Zone/Club; or
b. their residential home AAA Centre/Zone/Club Member Partner.
The method of release will be determined by the player’s Member Partner.
The ALLIANCE has determined that " A player must try out for one of the 9 ALLIANCE Midget AAA teams be released and then apply to the ALLIANCE Office for a release to tryout for a team in another Member Partner"
3. Once a release is obtained the player may tryout for any team in the Ontario Hockey Federation at the Major Midget AAA level.
4. At the end of each season all players that were sixteen years old prior to December 31 of the season just completed may remain with the Major Midget AAA team they played for or are released to join another Major Midget AAA team in accordance with regulations 1-3.
